Pre-Purchase Inspections include the following:

• Performed 6 days per week, and usually can be scheduled within a 48-hour period.

• Inspection usually will take 2 to 3 hours.  I encourage the client to attend at least the last hour so that we can review the report together.
• The report is furnished at the closing of the inspection.  Payment is then required.
• The inspection fee is $290.00.  This covers a three-bedroom, two and one-half bath, two-stall garage.  Extra bedroom or bathrooms are $10.00 each.  Extra furnace, water heater, or outbuilding is an additional $25.00 each.
• If client asks for a follow-up after the corrections are made, this fee is $50.00 within a 30-mile radius of Wisconsin Rapids or $75.00 if outside.
• Radon-use of electronic machine is $100.00 with an inspection and $125.00 without.   Test period is 48 hours.  We usually try to set the machine prior to the inspection.
• Duplexes cost $325.00.  More units, up to four, are $100.00 per hour per man.
