When an accepted offer is reached, a follow-up inspection is performed. During this inspection we walk the potential buyers through the problems, if any, and complete an amended report.
Pre-Listing fees are $290.00 up front at the time the first inspection is performed, and an additional $50.00 when the potential buyer requires the follow-up inspection. If no follow-up inspection is required, the fee is $290. Reports are readily accessible for both the buyer and the seller
Pre-Listing duplexes are $325.00 up-front and $50.00 at closing.
